Fat: 40.05g | Prot: 79.89g | Carb: 232.66g.   Breakfast:  Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz), Bananas, asda asda malted wheaties. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Poached Egg, Village Bakery Soft Wholemeal Bread, Mushrooms. Dinner:  Skinless Chicken Breast, Cabbage, Carrots, Roasted Potato, Beef or Meat Gravy. Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples, Oranges.
