Fat: 51.52g | Prot: 44.19g | Carb: 186.37g.   Breakfast:  Baked Beans, Bananas, Village Bakery Soft Wholemeal Bread. Lunch:  Costco Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, vegetable lasagne. Dinner:  Egg Omelet, McCain Oven Cooked Fries, Mushrooms, Yeo Valley organic creme fraiche. Snacks/Other:  Golden Delicious Apples, Oranges.
