Fat: 20.49g | Prot: 48.72g | Carb: 207.69g.   Breakfast:  frozen fresh fruit, porridge, sugar. Lunch:  leek and potato soup. Dinner:  breaded haddock, cos lettuce, cucumber, tomato. Snacks/Other:  apple, bagel, jelly, orange, wholemeal bread.
