I keep starting my 5:2 diet and then something happens during the day so I start again the next day! I am now eating food as recommended by the fit 4 life ...

Fat: 17.43g | Prot: 44.91g | Carb: 184.58g.   Breakfast:  banana, bran flakes, fruit yoghurt. Lunch:  poached egg, wholemeal bread. Snacks/Other:  apple, orange, rice pudding.
