Fat: 45.08g | Prot: 48.28g | Carb: 150.13g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Corn, Feta Cheese, Jalapeno Peppers. Dinner:  Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Sweet Onion with Havarti Cheese Chicken Patties, Traditional Lager. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Chili Cheese Flavored Corn Chips, Texas Caviar.
