Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Publix Green Bell Pepper, Trader Joe's Organic Firm Tofu, Turkey Burger, White Chicken Chili, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  David Seeds Pumpkin Seeds, Natural Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Protein Smoothie.
