Lunch:  Hendrickson's Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Japanese Persimmons, Boca Original Vegan Meatless Burgers, Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard. Dinner:  Firm Tofu (Nigari) (with Calcium Sulfate and Magnesium Chloride), Asparagus, Equality Fresh Spinach, Giorgio Portabella Mushroom Caps, Naturally Preferred Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, Private Selection Farfalle.
