Lunch:  Gala Apples, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Kellogg's Special K Protein Shake - Vanilla Cappuccino, Raspberries, Skinny Pop Popcorn. Dinner:  Alessi Balsamic Reduction, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Scallops.
