Lunch:  Gala Apples, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Skinny Pop Popcorn, Kellogg's Special K Protein Shake - Vanilla Cappuccino, Raspberries. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Scallops, Alessi Balsamic Reduction, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.
