Fat: 130.79g | Prot: 138.34g | Carb: 72.09g.   Breakfast:  Sweetener, Half & Half, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Green SuperFood Drink Powder, 100% Whey Protein - Chocolate, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. Lunch:  Pork Chop, Normandy Style Vegetable Blend. Dinner:  Egg, Fully Cooked Bacon, Organic Coconut Oil, Sweet Red Peppers . Snacks/Other:  2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Sugar Free Metamucil, Monterey Jack Cheese.
