Fat: 28.70g | Prot: 72.07g | Carb: 82.42g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables. Lunch:  Cooked Vegetable Combinations (Broccoli, Carrots, Corn, Cauliflower, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), El Pollo Loco Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless, Great Value Romaine Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat).
