Fat: 51.17g | Prot: 86.48g | Carb: 155.87g.   Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Snowpeas (Pea Pod), Surimi (Fish), Fresh 'N Fruity Fruit Yoghurt. Dinner:  Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Avocados, Fragata Pitted Black Olives, Green Peppers, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Portabella Mushrooms, Prawns. Snacks/Other:  Tea with Milk and Sugar, Peckish Rice Cracker Thins - Sweet Chilli, Nectarines.
