Lunch:  Cranberry Nut Antioxidant Trail Mix, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Honeycrisp Apples, Bold Jalapeno Smokehouse. Dinner:  Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Honey, GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Orange Juice, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), 100% Whey Protein - Chocolate.
