Lunch:  Yellowfin Tuna (Fish), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Wegmans Seaweed Salad, Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh), Water, Franzia Chardonnay. Dinner:  Water, Ideal Protein Dark Chocolate Pudding, 365 Organic Jumbo Green Olives, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Ideal Protein Raspberry Chocolaty Bar.
