Fat: 58.42g | Prot: 80.22g | Carb: 156.42g.   Breakfast:  special k cereal, 1% Fat Milk, half & half. Lunch:  2% Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1% Fat Milk, bacon, Boiled Egg, white wheat bread, miracle whip. Dinner:  Cannellini White Beans, roman lettuce, Boiled Egg, squash, wishbone light cesar dressing, cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  ritz crackers, Whipped Cream Cheese, quaker granola bar.
