Fat: 58.42g | Prot: 80.22g | Carb: 156.42g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, half & half, special k cereal. Lunch:  1% Fat Milk, 2% Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, bacon, Boiled Egg, miracle whip, white wheat bread. Dinner:  Boiled Egg, Cannellini White Beans, cottage cheese, roman lettuce, squash, wishbone light cesar dressing. Snacks/Other:  quaker granola bar, ritz crackers, Whipped Cream Cheese.
