Fat: 63.00g | Prot: 87.00g | Carb: 357.70g.   Breakfast:  100% Orange Juice (10 oz), banana, Honey Sunshine Cereal, lactaid 2% reduced fat milk. Lunch:  apple slices, cobb salad, coke cola, healthy choice sundried tomato and chicken alfredo. Dinner:  cobb salad, coke cola, healthy choice lemon garlic chicken. Snacks/Other:  kettle one vodka, shiner bock beer.
