Fat: 69.25g | Prot: 60.88g | Carb: 17.51g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Coconut Water, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coles Thickened Cream, Lipton Black Tea, Lipton Black Tea, Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Tap Water. Lunch:  Butter, Cucumber (with Peel), Egg (Whole), Lipton Black Tea, Prawns, Pura Thickened Cream, Tap Water. Dinner:  Aldi White Fish Fillets Hoki, frozen skin on, Asia Specialties (Aldi) COCONUT CREAM AU, Asian Home Gourmet Laksa Paste, Bean Sprouts, Butter, Lipton Black Tea, Tap Water, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Aeroplane JellyLite (Aeroplane) AU, Coles Natural Almonds, Pura Thickened Cream.
