Fat: 69.25g | Prot: 60.88g | Carb: 17.51g.   Breakfast:  Lipton Black Tea, Tap Water, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Lipton Black Tea, Coles Thickened Cream, 100% Pure Coconut Water. Lunch:  Prawns, Egg (Whole), Pura Thickened Cream, Cucumber (with Peel), Butter, Tap Water, Lipton Black Tea. Dinner:  Aldi White Fish Fillets Hoki, frozen skin on, Asia Specialties (Aldi) COCONUT CREAM AU, Asian Home Gourmet Laksa Paste, Bean Sprouts, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Lipton Black Tea, Butter, Tap Water. Snacks/Other:  Aeroplane JellyLite (Aeroplane) AU, Pura Thickened Cream, Coles Natural Almonds.
