Lunch:  White Rice, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Ricotta Cheese, Energy Drink. Dinner:  Pão Italiano, Provolone Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting).
