Fat: 46.91g | Prot: 53.53g | Carb: 155.02g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Bacon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Eating Right Multigrain Waffles, Egg, Egg White, Equal Equal, Granulated Sugar, Kraft Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Lucerne Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Maple Syrup, Smart Balance Original Buttery Spread. Lunch:  Eating Right Chicken Teriyaki. Dinner:  Carrots, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Fresh Express Spring Mix, Grape Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Litehouse Foods Lite Ranch Dressing & Dip, Red Baron Classic Crust - Pepperoni Pizza.
