Fat: 46.91g | Prot: 53.53g | Carb: 155.02g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Lucerne Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Equal Equal, 1% Fat Milk, Egg, Egg White, Kraft Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Bacon, Eating Right Multigrain Waffles, Maple Syrup, Smart Balance Original Buttery Spread. Lunch:  Eating Right Chicken Teriyaki. Dinner:  Fresh Express Spring Mix, Carrots, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Grape Tomatoes, Litehouse Foods Lite Ranch Dressing & Dip, Red Baron Classic Crust - Pepperoni Pizza.
