Lunch:  Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Publix Fat Free Sour Cream, Onions, Zucchini, Goya Cannellini Beans, Publix Dark Red Kidney Beans, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Publix No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes, Publix Green Bell Pepper, Publix Black Beans, Publix No Salt Added Whole Kernel Sweet Corn. Dinner:  Egg, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Onions, Zucchini, Goya Cannellini Beans, Publix Dark Red Kidney Beans, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Publix No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes, Publix Green Bell Pepper, Publix Black Beans, Publix No Salt Added Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, Publix Shredded Sauerkraut.
