Lunch:  Sugar free strawberry, Ezekiel Bread, All Natural Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter, Red Delicious. Dinner:  Red Cabbage, Mushroom Alfredo Pasta Sauce, Tofu Shirataki Noodles, Low Sodium Albacore White Tuna in Water. Snacks/Other:  Coors Light, Egg White , Publix Slice Cheese, Ezekiel Bread, Jennie O turkey bacon, Dove Promises.
