Lunch:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Carrots, Cheddar Cheese, Chunk Light Low Sodium, Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Merlot, Plain Ramen Noodles, Yellow Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apple.
