Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing, 7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Chunk Light Low Sodium, Carrots. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Yellow Summer Squash, Plain Ramen Noodles, Merlot. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apple.
