Fat: 44.87g | Prot: 84.98g | Carb: 125.73g.   Breakfast:  Egg, V8 Low Sodium Spicy, Bananas, Egg White. Lunch:  Almond Milk Unsweetened, Campbell's Tomato Soup, Publix Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Spring mix, Corn, Peas, Carrots, Black beans, Broccoli , Shredded chicken, tuna salad, Buttermilk Ranch.
