Lunch:  Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice, Bush's Best Cut Green and Shelly Beans, Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Scrambled Egg. Dinner:  White Rice, Vanilla Ice Milk Cone, Diet Dr. Pepper, Fortune Cookie, Orange Shrimp, General Tso's Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Chinese Chicken with Brocolli.
