Fat: 49.80g | Prot: 67.06g | Carb: 198.56g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Coffee, Diet Cranberry Juice, Gluten Free Rolled Oats, Scrambled Egg, Smart Balance, Sugar in the Raw, Truvia. Lunch:  Smoked Turkey and Cannellini Bean Cassoulet, Uncle Ben's Brown Rice. Dinner:  Cut Green and Shelly Beans, Dole Strawberries, Gluten Free Oatmeal, Scrambled Eggs, Smart Balance Omega. Snacks/Other:  Activia Light.
