Fat: 49.80g | Prot: 67.06g | Carb: 198.56g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Scrambled Egg, Sugar in the Raw, Smart Balance, Almond Milk, Gluten Free Rolled Oats, Truvia, Diet Cranberry Juice. Lunch:  Uncle Ben's Brown Rice, Smoked Turkey and Cannellini Bean Cassoulet. Dinner:  Dole Strawberries, Gluten Free Oatmeal, Scrambled Eggs, Smart Balance Omega, Cut Green and Shelly Beans. Snacks/Other:  Activia Light.
