Lunch:  Johanne's Two Bean Chili, Nathan's Frank, Uncle Ben's Brown Rice. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Pictsweet Spinach, Prego Light, Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Activia Light, Banana.
