Lunch:  Butter (Salted), Cooked Collards, Italian Sausage, Mashed Potato (from Dry). Dinner:  Butter (Salted), Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Corn, Dinner Rolls, Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Scalloped Potato. Snacks/Other:  Trail's Best Double Salami Sticks, Yuengling Traditional Lager.
