Dinner:  Calzone with Meat and Cheese, Light Nonfat Lemon Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Charley's Grilled Subs French Fries (Large), Ketchup, M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's (Package), Reese's Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
