Fat: 140.00g | Prot: 93.94g | Carb: 282.26g.   Breakfast:  Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, Soft & Smooth Whole Grain White Bread, Sugar Free Concord Grape Jam. Lunch:  red baron deep dish single. Dinner:  baked stuffed potato, caesar salad, chicken parmesan, potato skin. Snacks/Other:  boursin, dark chocolate, reduced fat wheat thins, skinny cow vanilla sandwich.
