Fat: 83.44g | Prot: 76.32g | Carb: 210.61g.   Breakfast:  Soft & Smooth Whole Grain White Bread, Sugar Free Concord Grape Jam, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Compleats Spicy Italian Sausage & Pasta. Dinner:  omaha steaks burger, seeded sandwich roll, crispy tater tots, Ketchup , Spicy Brown Mustard, Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese, Miracle Whip Light, Baby Spinach, Light Nonfat Lemon Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  skinny cow vanilla sandwich.
