Lunch: Banana, plain greek yogurt, Tim Hortons Coffee. Dinner: Green beans with almonds, olive oil, onions, sugar free ketchup, Turkey Burger. Snacks/Other: Celery, Cool Whip Sugar Free, Diet Hot Cocoa, Hummus, Low Calorie Gatorade -Fruit Punch, Sugar free vanilla ice cream, Vanilla latte.
