Fat: 87.68g | Prot: 122.92g | Carb: 205.80g.   Breakfast:  Ancient Grains, Havarti Cheese, Pork Sausage (Cooked). Lunch:  Turkey Breast (97% Fat Free, Lemon Pepper Flavor, Smoked) , Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) . Dinner:  8Oz Sirloin Steak, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Coleslaw, Beef Vegetable Soup (with Beef Broth, with Equal Volume Water, Canned), Sour Cream, Real Bacon Crumbled, Cheddar Cheese, Butter Whipped (Salted). Snacks/Other:  Strawberry, Irish Cream.
