Fat: 73.45g | Prot: 68.81g | Carb: 223.95g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Honey Bunches of Oats with Real Strawberries, grape. Lunch:  Deli Sliced Ham, Green Peppers, Miracle Whip Light, Sliced Colby Cheese, Macaroni Salad, pepperidge farm. Dinner:  Soft Taco with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  grapes, hunts snack pack, veggie straws, banana.
