Dinner:  Brown Rice, Mushrooms , Organic Bagged Vegetables - Edamame Soybeans in the Pod, Pearled Barley (Cooked) , Quinoa (Cooked), Reduced Fat Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries , Gala Apples, Honey, Kale , Multi Grain Pretzels, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, Pears , Power Greens, Walnuts.
