Fat: 93.00g | Prot: 101.57g | Carb: 348.61g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Bananas, Mango Chunks, Sugar, Townsend Farms Mixed Berries. Lunch:  6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Banana Peppers, Black Olives, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Light Mayo (Packet), Olive Oil Blend, Pickles (3 Chips), Tomatoes (3 Wheels). Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Wing with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Red Beans and Rice. Snacks/Other:  Busy Baker Garden Vegetable Baked Snack Crackers, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter), Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Jalapenos, Kaiser Roll, Shredded Cheddar.
