Fat: 36.64g | Prot: 89.68g | Carb: 87.42g.   Breakfast:  canadian bacon, coffee, egg, milk, publix 2% fat free milk. Lunch:  black olives, cabot reduced fat cheddar, coffee, cucumbers, milk, oikos organic strawberry greek yogurt, salad, tomatoes, wishbone superfruit berry vinegarette. Dinner:  black beans, extra virgin olive oil, hormel mesquite pork loin, uncle bens quinoa and brown rice package, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  carrots, celery, sargento light string.
