Fat: 67.33g | Prot: 96.49g | Carb: 80.93g.   Breakfast:  black beans, carrot sticks, celery, coffee, milk, publix 2% fat free milk. Lunch:  black olives, cabot reduced fat cheddar, coffee, cucumbers, milk, publix fat free cottage cheese, salad, tomatoes, wishbone superfruit berry vinegarette. Dinner:  Beef filet mignon, butter, canned mushrooms, coffee, cucumbers, iced tea, lime, milk, olive oil, salad, tomatoes, wishbone superfruit berry vinegarette.
