Lunch:  milk, salad, black olives, coffee, cucumbers, cabot reduced fat cheddar, tomatoes, wishbone superfruit berry vinegarette, publix fat free cottage cheese. Dinner:  milk, lime, salad, coffee, cucumbers, olive oil, iced tea, tomatoes, wishbone superfruit berry vinegarette, Beef filet mignon, canned mushrooms, butter.
