Lunch: balsamic vinegar, boneless skinless chicken breast, coffee, cos lettuec, cucs, dill pickles, eat smart stir fry, publix 2% fat free milk, publix fat free cottage cheese. Dinner: cabot reduced fat cheddar, cucs, eat smart stir fry, egg beaters, grated cheese, lettuce, monterey and colby cheese, publix reduced fat ground beef, tomato. Snacks/Other: coffee, no sugar added fudgecicle, publix 2% fat free milk.
