Fat: 72.76g | Prot: 148.51g | Carb: 212.73g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter Toast Crunch, Whole Milk, Orange Juice, mild Cubed chedder Cheese (Great Value). Lunch:  Honey Wheat Bread, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Natural Concord Grape Spread, Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Tilapia Fillets, Whole Grain White Long Grain Rice, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Zesty Cocktail Sauce. Snacks/Other:  cytosport whey isolate protein chocolate, cytosport whey isolate protein chocolate, Red Table Wine, Movie Theater Butter Popcorn.
