Lunch:  Fried Pork Chop, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Olive Oil. Dinner:  Great Value Buffalo Chicken Wings. Snacks/Other:  Avocados, Beer, Boiled Egg, Green Cabbage, power whey protein powder, Sweet Cherries.
