Fat: 73.99g | Prot: 94.82g | Carb: 41.85g.   Breakfast:  Applegate Farms Classic Pork Breakfast Sausage, Coffee. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Coconut Oil, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Boiled), Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk. Dinner:  Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Avocados, Blueberries, Fresh Pork Sausage, power whey protein powder.
