Fat: 92.02g | Prot: 114.35g | Carb: 66.28g.   Breakfast:  Applegate Farms Classic Pork Breakfast Sausage, Apples, Coffee, Egg, Honeydew Melons, Oranges. Lunch:  Beef Steak, Sweet Red Peppers, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Coconut Oil, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Boiled), Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk. Snacks/Other:  Avocados, Blueberries, Broccoli, power whey protein powder, Prawns.
