Fat: 92.02g | Prot: 114.35g | Carb: 66.28g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Coffee, Apples, Honeydew Melons, Oranges, Applegate Farms Classic Pork Breakfast Sausage. Lunch:  Sweet Red Peppers, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried), Beef Steak. Dinner:  Coconut Oil, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Prawns, Broccoli, Blueberries, Avocados, power whey protein powder.
