Fat: 94.07g | Prot: 117.90g | Carb: 151.06g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffee-mate nondairy creamer, fried egg. Lunch:  Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, Sweet & Sour Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk, egg protein powder, italian dressing, Rotisserie Chicken, salad, sugar. Snacks/Other:  almond dream bites, jello sugar free, mango, peanuts.
