Fat: 64.04g | Prot: 92.66g | Carb: 221.15g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, coffee-mate nondairy creamer, egg protein powder, sugar, vanilla almond milk. Lunch:  grilled chicken, olive garden italian soda, olive garden pomodora cappellinni. Dinner:  hormel pulled pork, whole wheat hot dog roll stop & shop. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Milk Ice Cream - Almond Chip.
