Fat: 95.84g | Prot: 100.08g | Carb: 256.99g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffee-mate nondairy creamer, vanilla almond milk, egg protein powder, honey, strawberries. Lunch:  minute brown rice, perri italian sweet sausage, pasta sauce, grape tomatoes. Dinner:  black olives, pizza crust, pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni.
