Fat: 51.65g | Prot: 211.19g | Carb: 104.69g.   Breakfast:  Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60, Froot Loops Cereal Bar. Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Black Forest Ham, Black Forest Ham, Premium White Chicken Chunk in Water. Dinner:  Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Flame Grilled Chicken Wing, Chinese Fried Rice, Puerto Rican Style Fried Green Plantain (Tostones). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar (Small), Cheese Heads Light Cheese String - Mozzarella Swirls, Flour Tortillas.
