Fat: 39.58g | Prot: 146.33g | Carb: 79.22g.   Breakfast:  Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Ham or Bacon. Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Deli Thin Sliced Black Forest Ham. Dinner:  Deep Fried Cajun Style Turkey Breast, Natural California Raisins (Box). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar (Small), 2% String Cheese, Flour Tortillas.
