Breakfast: Atkins peanut caramel cluster bar, coffee-oz, diet coke-oz, heavy whipping cream -1 T, liquid stevia (13 drops). Lunch: brocolli, carrots, House Sirloin (7 oz), martini, water, zucchini. Dinner: butter, green beans, New York Strip steak. Snacks/Other: Almonds with sea salt, cinnamon, liquid stevia (13 drops), pistachio, whipped cream cheese.
