Dinner:  Gala Apples, Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Shake - Milk Chocolate, Pastry filled with Potatoes and Peas (Fried), Priya Mutter Paneer, Roti, Swiss Valley Farms 1% Chocolate Milk, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked).
