Fat: 158.00g | Prot: 92.85g | Carb: 158.89g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Fried Egg, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Lunch:  Granny Smith Apples, Mixed Salad Greens, Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Bing Cherries, Cucumber Salad with Vinegar, Equality Fresh Spinach, Olive Oil, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Cream, Kirkland Signature Extra Fancy Mixed Nuts, Tea with Milk and Sugar.
