Fat: 158.00g | Prot: 92.85g | Carb: 158.89g.   Breakfast:  Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Fried Egg, Butter. Lunch:  Ranch Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Granny Smith Apples. Dinner:  Cucumber Salad with Vinegar, Equality Fresh Spinach, Olive Oil, Bing Cherries, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Snacks/Other:  Tea with Milk and Sugar, Coffee with Cream, Kirkland Signature Extra Fancy Mixed Nuts.
