Fat: 30.17g | Prot: 57.87g | Carb: 211.22g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal, Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Butterscotch Pudding, Lowfat Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  Beef Barbecue Sandwich or Sloppy Joe on Bun, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Troyer Farms Green Onion & Roasted Garlic Flavored Potato Chips. Dinner:  Meijer Frozen Green Peas, Nabisco Cheese Nips Reduced Fat Cheddar, Pineapple (Solids and Liquids, Juice Pack, Canned), Tyson Foods Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, Wegmans Watermelon. Snacks/Other:  Light Vanilla Ice Creams.
