Fat: 30.17g | Prot: 57.87g | Carb: 211.22g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Butterscotch Pudding, Lowfat Chocolate Milk, Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal. Lunch:  Beef Barbecue Sandwich or Sloppy Joe on Bun, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Troyer Farms Green Onion & Roasted Garlic Flavored Potato Chips. Dinner:  Wegmans Watermelon, Meijer Frozen Green Peas, Tyson Foods Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, Pineapple (Solids and Liquids, Juice Pack, Canned), Nabisco Cheese Nips Reduced Fat Cheddar. Snacks/Other:  Light Vanilla Ice Creams.
